The location is perfect. Set on the river and within 2 minutes of walking street. The rooms are huge with a classic feel to them. The windows are huge with great views and the large bed with the mosquito net gave great ambience to the place. There is hot water in the shower and the rooms are cleaned daily. There is a fridge, kettle, instant coffee and tea in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided daily. Fresh towels were provided daily.

Amazing place. We could get lost for the whole day in the hammocks outside (they're really nice). Very comfy rooms. We stayed for 5 nights

Beautiful garden with shade and hammocks, right by the river. Perfect location: very quiet, but very close to the main walking street. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff.

The Resort, the room was lovely with the wooden floors and high ceilings. Nice garden. The bathroom could be better, but the shower Was hot. Good beds. Very close to the Walking street

Place itself is very beautiful, great location while giving you secluded park feelings with its separated villas. Owner went above and beyond to help out as my wallet got lost before arrival. By using every means possible and traveling around himself he got my wallet back within an hour, not even accepting compensation. Next level in kindness.

We have got the suite on the second floor and the accommodation was excellent. Clean, spacios with a beautiful viwe. I liked the fact that the room was cleaned every day as soon as we left the room and that there werw nice corners to sit in by the lake, also the location was perfect

Location is fantastic. Just next to walking street. We booked a tent initially but changed to two rooms with no problems. Music can be loud at night but that’s not the hotel’s fault as there are hostels close by. Very picturesque by the river. We would recommend and stay again.

The staff were lovely and gave us an upgrade! We had a lovely room with a great view and nice comfy beds! Very reasonably priced. Free drinking water. Lovely balcony - spacious! Loved the outdoor shower

Forget about my previous comment, I interchanged the review from another booking. This was fantastic, super clean and convenient, very comfy and nice room and very well located: quiet but just few stepa from the main walking street

Perfect location, beautiful large and clean rooms, great outdoor bathroom / ensuite, views of the river and gardens. Very friendly staff, well looked after grounds and the property is on the river. Extended my stay as it is the perfect place to stay whilst in Pai.
